Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping is complementary in India.
International Shipping: Orders above INR 200,000 are eligible for complimentary shipping, only custom duty needs to be borne by the buyer. The custom duty value depends on your local country.
Identity verification upon delivery: Upon the arrival of your delivery, our logistics partner may request a valid ID proof along with your Social Security Number (SSN) for verification purposes. Please ensure this information is readily available to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
Custom duties for customers outside India: Please note that all applicable customs duties must be paid on time. Failure to do so may result in the goods being returned to the country of origin (India). In such cases, no refunds will be issued and any loss incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
For orders below INR 200,000, we charge a flat INR 11,000 and the custom duty needs to be borne by you.
